GRX — the Global Resources Innovation Expo — is Australia’s industry-led platform for mining and METS innovation. It brings together the full resources ecosystem to accelerate collaboration, activate solutions and strengthen global competitiveness across the mining value chain.
Proudly hosted by Austmine and AusIMM, GRX unites two of the sector’s leading peak bodies to deliver a forum where industry drives the agenda. From strategic leaders and innovators to operators, investors and global partners, GRX is where ideas move from concept to deployment.
GRX is not a trade show or a traditional conference. It is a purpose-built platform for transformation — focused on what is scalable, deployable and commercially relevant now.

Then GRX26 ignites with The Spark Opening Night: a festival-style launch with live performances, interactive activations, and the Spark Wall where you commit to the one thing you want to make happen this week.

Discover
Women in STEM Breakfast. World-class plenary keynotes and breakout sessions. Collaborative Conversations where you work on real challenges alongside miners, METS and government. 150+ exhibitors with technologies ready to deploy. Then Tech & Tonic cocktails at 5pm and the GRX Industry Awards Dinner at 7pm.
Day 3 · Thursday 7 May
Accelerate
Plenary and breakout sessions continue. The GRX Colab reaches its climax: finalists pitch breakthrough discovery and extraction technologies live on stage. You vote. Partnerships announced in the room. Then Spark Forward closing drinks bridge inspiration to implementation.
